 Here is a simple exercise: Stand on one leg, with your both eyes closed.... 
 
Do this right now...  stand up....  close your both eyes....   and try to stand on one foot.... 
 If you are not able to stand for at least 10 seconds....   it means that your physical body has aged more than your actual birth age....  In other words, you may only be 40 years old, but your body has aged more than that ..... 
I tried this exercise when I received the message and thought,  I can do this easily.... But I was surprised to discover  that while I could easily stand on one foot with my eyes open, trying this with my both eyes closed was another story!....  I could not keep my balance for more than 3-4 seconds before I started to wobble.... 
You don't need to lift your leg a lot....  if your internal organs are out of sync,
even raising your leg a little will cause you to lose your balance....  At the onset, you can try closing both eyes a little, instead of closing both eyes completely.... 
The Chinese have advanced a lot in their knowledge of the human body.... 
It was very encouraging to know that  they do this exercise regularly n frequently....  It helps restore the sense of balance.... 
 In fact, Chinese specialists recommend that practicing  this exercise daily just for 1 minute,  helps prevent dementia.... 
In fact, Zhong Li Ba Ren, a Chinese health specialist recommends that  daily practice of this exercise helps in  healing many diseases such as:
Hypertension,
High blood sugar levels or diabetes,
Neck and diseases of the Spine,
And it can also prevent you from suffering senile dementia..... 
 Zhong Li Ba Ren has written a book entitled "Self help is better than seeking doctors' help",  which has  been the best selling health book in China since it was first published last year.... 
It is said that according to the understanding of Chinese doctors,
diseases appear in the body
because of coordination problem
between the various internal organs,
which causes the body to lose its balance....  The above excercise  readjusts coordination of internal  organs with each other.... 
Zhong Li Ba Ren claims that most people cannot stand on one foot with both eyes closed for 5 seconds, but subsequent to its daily practice, they are able to do it for more than 2 minutes.... 
As you gain the ability to stay longer,
the feeling of heaviness disappears.... 
On practicing this exercise daily,  you will notice that the quality of sleep is geeting better, and memory of the mind is also getting  improved.... 
The most important thing is, that if you practice this exercise with both your eyes closed for 1 minute every day,
you will not suffer from senile dementia  (meaning thereby that the brain will remain healthy till death).
Zhong Li Ba Ren has  explained that there are six important meridians that pass through the legs....  When you stand on one leg,  you will feel pain  and when this happens,  the corresponding organs of these meridians begin necessary adjustment....
The beneficial effects of this excercise 
have been noticed in various diseases such as,  hypertension, diabetes, neck and spine diseases...  It can also prevent gout.... 
And I above all, it also helps in boosting  the body's immunity..... 
You do not have to wait until you have a disease to start practicing this exercise....   It is recommended for persons of all age group, and especially for young people....  If  they practice it daily, while they are healthy, the probability of acquiring health problems at old age would  be diminished.... 
It is NOT recommended for people
whose have weak legs and cannot stand for long period...
