Farmers Agitation
Agricultural Reform Bills - Executive v/s Judiciary
The highest court wants a legislation passed by the parliament to be -
"That is why we asked you why don't you put the Farm Bills on hold"!!!
because some political party from a single state wants it to not to their liking ..
My take on this :-
If there is a Tractor march and blockade against any Judgement of SC happens, does CJI will stay the judgement?
Did he own up his inability to control mob?
If this is the way Judiciary works then what's the need of Parliament and elected representatives? - let the courts themselves enact laws and pass them or scrap them ..
Modi government is not having the tooth ( spine or direction ) to fight this encorachments on legislation in the name of judicial activism ...
I feel AG Venugopal is putting up with lame language with the chief justice ... Govt should have clearly told the courts to mind their business and stay in limits ..
The law ministry has to send in the pages of constitution to the CJ chamber to read about the enforcements of the acts and prerogative of their stand on it ..

Foot Note:
"With in limits no judge and no Supreme Court can make itself a third chamber. No Supreme Court and no judiciary can stand in judgement over the Sovereign will of Parliament. If we go wrong here and there, it can point out, but in the ultimate analysis where, the future of the Community is concerned, no judiciary can come in the way.. And if it comes in the way, ultimately, the whole Constitution is a creature of Parliament."
If courts prove obstructive, one method of overcoming the hurdle is ... the Executive- which is the appointing authority of JUDGES. It can begin to appoint judges of its own liking for getting decisions in its own favor!!"
